Appointment of Research &
Development Technologist
Ward Biotech Ltd is pleased to
announce the appointment of Garry Laverty to the position
of Research & Development Technologist. Garry obtained a
first class honours Masters of Pharmacy degree at Queens
University Belfast in 2005 and expects to shortly obtain a
PhD in Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Microbiology.

and Business Opportunity Receives Great Response
Ward Biotech’s joint CPD/Business
Opportunity Seminar held on 10th-14th May received a great
response from veterinarians at the five locations in
Ireland and Northern Ireland. Ward Biotech will be holding
further seminars later this year, details of forthcoming
events will be posted on the website in the coming
months. Closing date for the BES Investment Opportunity is
Friday the 18th of June 2010.

Advancement of Dentistry within
Veterinary Practices
A joint CPD/business
opportunity seminar on advancing the standard of dentistry
provided in veterinary practice with keynote speakers Rory
Breathnach (UCD) and John Robinson, dentist to the
veterinary profession in the UK will
take place on the dates below.

Sales
Director
Ward Biotech is a rapidly
developing company based in the north east
and is currently
seeking to appoint a Sales Director.
The person appointed to this
position will head a team engaged in the UK market
launch of a new range of targeted consumer products. The
core product ranges are currently at an advanced stage
of development and the objective is to establish a
leading market position over the next five years.
The appointee will take
responsibility for setting up and directing the sales,
manufacturing and distribution supply chain.
This position will be based in
Monaghan and will involve extensive UK and International
travel.
The successful candidate is likely
to have the following characteristics.

business qualification.

background with UK or International experience in new
product launch.
